These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Kodeburg by Olaf Dreyer Individual System Software (hereinafter referred to as Kodeburg) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contractual Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Olaf Dreyer Individual System Software, Owner: Olaf Dreyer, Joseph-von-Eichendorff-Gasse 1, 10785 Berlin.

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.

3.2. By clicking the button [Buy/Order with Obligation to Pay], you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person placing the order for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

4.2. If you exercise your right of withdrawal as a consumer pursuant to section 4.1, you must bear the regular costs of returning the goods.

4.3. Otherwise, the following withdrawal policy applies:

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [insert entrepreneur's name, address, telephone number, and email address] by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g., via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract, to us or to (insert name and address of authorized recipient, if applicable). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
